3. Shipping
- We offer free worldwide shipping from our depots in France and Morocco
- Delivery time is typically 2–4 business days, depending on location.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
4. Returns & Exchanges
- You may return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
